It's been forever!!!! Sorry I haven't posted. It's not that I haven't been on the computer, it's just I haven't...posted...Ahem. Now anyway.

A lot's happened but I won't go into it. I'll just tell the recent stuff and if the other should work it's way into the conversation, so be it.

I've restarted school again. The way my schedule worked out I'll have to take two classes in the summer to graduate properly. Oh, well...

I've five classes this Spring; Brit. Lit., US Lit., Creative Writing, Social Dance, and Honors Nutrition.

I'm highly broke and barely able to buy my books. Thank God I got a scholarship here or I wouldn't have been able to pay for my classes.

Other than that school has been going great. I like all of my new teachers and I think this is going to be a great semester.

I didn't watch the Super Bowl this Sunday. I only caught a few glimpses. What I saw didn't really impress me much. It was boring so I left to watch some Asian Dramas on Crunchyroll.com.

I watched the rest of Ikebukuro West Gate Park. Freaking awesome! I'm not one to promote gang violence, in fact I abhor it, but the series did it in such a way that I wasn't quite reminded of my hometown and therefore I wasn't as squicked. The series focused more on Makoto's personal development and trials more than the war between the two rival gangs in the series. Then the end was so unexpected because someone dies in a REALLY skeezy way. I mean I knew he was going to have to die, but I was hoping he was just going to get the crap beaten out of him or maybe slightly maimed. But they killed his ass and it was horrible because he didn't do anything. The reason behind his death was so disgusting that I kinda wanted the perps to just die afterward. On the other hand I wouldn't have been satisfied if he hadn't died. The story was naturally moving that way and it needed that catalyst to trigger enough hate to generate a war between the gangs. So...dude had to go.

The writers did a good job with the other characters discovering his body. It really punched my morbid, Goth-Aesthetic buttons. He slowly fell from an opened locker amongst a shower of black feathers and almost gently settled on the floor with the feathers fluttering down to rest about him. (The rival gang is called the Black Angels, hence the feathers.)

I watched a few more dramas including Lovers(Korean) and the last of Long Love Letter(Japanese) which I won't describe here yet though they are equally great. LLL has two of the actors from Ikebukuro in it.

Alright I'm going to go now. I've got a fanfic to read.

See ya next time! I'll try to post more often. (Like I don't say that every time.)
